RSPB Volunteer Scoops Prize

Dean Bicknell an RSPB volunteer from West Lothian has won first prize in the Scottish Nature Photography Award to find Scotland's favourite nature photographer. A wedding photographer by trade, Dean commented that he was 'really chuffed' to have won the award and added that 'in my opinion the wildlife in Scotland is some of the best in the world'.

Niall Irvine, Scottish Nature Photography Awards organiser, said Dean's wildlife photography showed "great depth of interest in nature".
